Oorja Group is engaged in mining its coal assets located in Indonesia. It also provides end-to-end logistical services to other mining companies for activities like Hauling, Stockpiling, Crushing, and Loading facilities. To support our project in East Kalimantan, we are looking for highly motivated and experienced professional to fill the following positions:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement SOP of stockpile and jetty operation,
  • Ensure all operations run as procedures,
  • Set up and manage coal hauling requirement, ROM & stockpiling management, and coal barging & schedule according to plan,
  • Ensure FIFO on stockpile as priority,
  • Manage quantity and quality of coal at stockpile and jetty,
  • Set up and optimize production fleet to achieve production as target (equipment utilization, fuel ratio and other expenses),
  • Create and responsible to all report of operations activity,
  • Provide inspired leadership for the organization,
  • Allocate workload and supervise all sub-ordinate,
  • Manage relationships with 3rd parties,
  • Ensure health and safety policies and its implementation complied with regulation.

Qualification : 

  • Minimum bachelor degree in Mining Engineering
  • Have min. 5 year experiences as a Mining Engineer especially with experience running Fleet Management System / Stockpile operation.
  • Good understanding of Mining Business Process.
  • Good analytical skill and problem solving.
  • Strong reporting and technical writing.
  • Fluent in English is a must.
  • Excellent computer skill in Microsoft environment and other related applications especially in report preparation and presentation.
  • Good customer service and team work.
  • Based in Samarinda.

Job Responsibilities:

  • SAP Businbess One version 10 SQL support
  • SAP Businbess One version 10 SQL new developments like query reports, crystal reports, forms, stored procedures and validations
  • SAP Business One version 10 SQL Addon development
  • SAP Business One technical support and other IT related hardware & software supports

 Qualification : 

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree of Diploma 3 of Computer Science with specilization in software
  • SAP Business One SQL/Hana minimum experience 1-2 years with at least 1 complete implementation
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio with working in complex scenarios to develop forms, queris, stored procedures and Database management
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft excel and powerpoint
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server management, understading about hardware and other softwares is added advantage
  • Willing to be placed in Kutai Kartanegara Regency-East Kalimantan

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead a team of mechanics and technicians.
  • Assign tasks and prioritize maintenance schedules based on operational needs
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues in dump trucks and HE eguipment.
  • Oversee the repair and maintenance of engines, transmissions, brakes, suspensions, and other components
  • Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed to reduce downtime
  • Conduct quality control inspections on completed repairs
  • Coordinate with operations teams to ensure trucks are available for critical tasks
  • Implement measures to minimize environmental impact from maintenance operations
  • Quickly address and resolve unexpected breakdowns to minimize disruptions.
  • Optimize repair processes and identify cost-saving opportunities

 Qualification : 

  • Minimum Vocational High School or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a heavy equipment or dump truck mechanic supervisor
  • Strong understanding of maintenance & repair for DT and HE
  • Ability to supervise and lead a team of mechanics
  • Having good leadership
  • Having POP certification is an advance 
  • Willing to be placed in Kutai Kartanegara Regency-East Kalimantan

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop maintenance schedules based on equipment needs
  • Coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies
  • Manage resources, including personnel, tools, and spare parts, to meet maintenance goals.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
  • Implement best practices to improve maintenance processes.

 Qualification : 

  • Minimum Diploma 3 of Mechanical engineering
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Planner supervisor
  • Strong understanding with preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance
  • Ability to manage schedules, prioritize tasks, and allocate resources efficiently
  • Having good leadership
  • Having POP certification is an advance
  • Willing to be placed in Kutai Kartanegara Regency-East Kalimantan

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a team of mechanics, technicians, and support staff responsible for maintaining dump trucks.
  • Assign tasks, monitor work quality, and ensure adherence to safety and operational standards
  • Provide training and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and productivity
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues in dump trucks.
  • Repairs and troubleshooting mechanical or operational issues.
  • Implement measures to minimize environmental impact from maintenance operations
  • Quickly address and resolve unexpected breakdowns to minimize disruptions.

 Qualification : 

  • Minimum Vocational High School or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a dump truck mechanic Foreman
  • Having good skill in repairing and troubleshooting unit of dump truck
  • Ability to lead a team of mechanics
  • Having good leadership
  • Willing to be placed in Kutai Kartanegara Regency-East Kalimantan

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on quality, cost, reliability, and delivery capabilities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to achieve the best value for the organization.
  • Monitor supplier performance and address any issues related to quality or timeliness.
  • Oversee the entire purchasing process, from requisition to delivery
  • Resolve procurement-related issues, such as delays or disputes
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings through process improvements and vendor negotiations

 Qualification : 

  • Bachelor Degree of Supply Chain Management or relevant field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Procurement Supervisor or related field from mining industry.
  • Good proficiency in SAP
  • Having good negotiation skill

  • Willing to be placed in Kutai Kartanegara Regency-East Kalimantan

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with environmental laws and regulations.
  • Conduct environmental audits and risk assessments.
  • Develop and implement environmental management systems.
  • Promote sustainable practices within organizations.
  • Report environmental incidents and recommend corrective actions

 Qualification : 

  • Bachelor Degree of Environmental Engineering or relevant field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Enviro Officer from mining industry.
  • Good knowledge of environmental regulations and
  • Proficiency in using tools for monitoring environmental conditions
  • Communication skills for preparing reports and liaising with stakeholders
  • Willing to be placed in Kutai Kartanegara Regency – East Kalimantan
