Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as Facilities Supervisor responsible for overseeing the villas, mess, common facilities, and the day-to-day operations of the premises. This role includes hosting guests in the guest villa and managing the procurement of daily food and supplies to ensure a seamless and unparalleled experience for residents and visitors.

Responsibilities:

  1. Property Management:
    • Manage the overall operations of three luxury villas, ensuring they are well-maintained, secure, and operating efficiently.
    • Coordinate regular maintenance, repairs, and landscaping to uphold the highest standards of quality.
  2. Guest Relations:
    • Host guests in the designated guest villa, ensuring a warm welcome and providing a high level of hospitality.
    • Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and feedback, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
  3. Supply Chain Management:
    • Oversee the procurement of daily food, supplies, and amenities for the villas.
    • Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate favourable terms to optimize cost and quality.
  4. Daily Operations:
    • Manage day-to-day activities, including scheduling, staff coordination, and addressing any issues that may arise.
    • Ensure that all facilities are prepared and equipped for resident and guest needs.
  5. Team Leadership:
    • Supervise and coordinate a team of staff members, including housekeeping, maintenance, and catering personnel.
    • Conduct training sessions to enhance staff skills and maintain a high level of service.
  6. Financial Oversight:
    • Develop and manage budgets for daily operations, including food, supplies, and staffing.
    • Monitor expenses and strive for cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in estate or property management, with a focus on luxury residences.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on hospitality.
  • Previous experience in hosting and catering for guests.
  • Familiarity with procurement processes and negotiation skills.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage and lead a diverse team effectively.
